· Use:

Raw materials for phosphorus oxychloride and metaphosphate, acrylic esters, surfactants, dehydrators, desiccants, anti-static agents, pharmaceuticals, and sugar refining, analytical reagents.

· Physical and chemical properties:

Not flammable. But when it comes into contact with water and organic matter such as wood, cotton, or grass, it reacts violently and releases heat, which can cause combustion. When exposed to water, it produces a large amount of smoke and heat, and when exposed to moisture, it has a slight corrosiveness to most metals. Local irritation is strong, and steam and dust can severely irritate the eyes, mucous membranes, skin, and respiratory system. And corrode the skin and mucous membranes. Even dust with a concentration of 1mg/m3 is unbearable.

· Emergency measures and firefighting methods:

Firefighters must wear full body protective clothing, use dry sand and powder to extinguish fires, and prohibit using water for rescue. First aid: Patients who inhale vapor should be removed from the contaminated area, placed to rest, and kept warm. If the eyes are stimulated, rinse with water for more than 15 minutes and then seek medical treatment. Rinse with water before applying magnesium oxide glycerin ointment for skin contact. If there are burns, seek medical treatment. Immediately rinse mouth, drink water, and magnesium milk if ingested by mistake, and seek medical treatment at the hospital.

· Storage and transportation conditions:

Corrosive products. Packaging method: Class (II). Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse. Separate storage and transportation from flammable and alkaline materials. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to the container. The container must be sealed to prevent rain and moisture. Leakage treatment: Wear a gas mask and gloves, mix baking soda or an equal amount of low alkali and hydrated lime evenly to make a slurry, gradually pour it into a large amount of water, and discharge the neutralized and diluted sewage into the wastewater system.
